To ensure a high-quality experience for all patrons, we have structured our personal training packages to align professional support with your scheduled sessions. This page outlines how benefits are distributed based on the package you select.

Program Overview

  • Package Duration: 90 Days (All sessions must be used within this window)
  • Session Length: 55 Minutes
  • Availability: 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM (on the hour)

Package Options & Service Structure

The "Weekly Check-In" and "General Nutritional Guidance" are services tied to the active training weeks of your package. To maximize support, we recommend a frequency of one session per week.

*Note: Weekly check-ins and nutritional guidance are provided only during the weeks you are actively attending in-person sessions.

Managing Your Expectaions

How the "Weekly Check-In" Works

The check-in service is designed to support you between in-person sessions while you execute your individualized plan.

  • Standard Use: If you schedule one session per week, your check-ins will last for the number of weeks equal to your session count.
  • Accelerated Use: If you choose to use multiple sessions in a single week (e.g., using both sessions of a 2-pack in Week 1), your check-in support concludes at the end of that week.
  • The 90-Day Rule: Your individualized workout plan is yours to keep for the full 90 days. While trainer check-ins end once sessions are exhausted, you are encouraged to continue using the rec center facilities and your custom plan until your membership expires.

Nutrional Guidance

During your active training weeks, your trainer will provide general nutrition guidance to help support your workouts and overall wellness. This may include basic nutrition education and healthy habit suggestions, but does not include customized meal plans or medical nutrition services.
